Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to manage end-to-end garment merchandising for international clients—from tech packs and sample approvals to bulk production and shipment coordination across India. You will translate design briefs into specs, ensuring fabric, trims, fit, and costing align with brand requirements and factory capabilities.

Coordinate with mills, QC teams, and logistics to meet deadlines and compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX).

Qualifications

• Must-have items: Garment Tech Packs, Production Planning, Textile Sourcing, Quality Control, PO Management, BSCI Compliance, SMS Messaging, MS Excel (Advanced).
• Preferred: ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, TUKS, Odoo), Export Documentation, knowledge of EU/US apparel regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end garment merchandising for international clients—from tech packs and sample approvals to bulk production and shipment coordination.
• Translate design briefs into actionable specs, ensuring fabric, trims, fit, and costing align with brand requirements and factory capabilities.
• Coordinate with mills, factories, and QC teams across India to meet production deadlines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX).
• Track order milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain transparent communication between clients and suppliers via detailed PO trackers and weekly updates.
• Conduct pre-production, mid-production, and final inspections to validate quality control, measurement, and packaging against approved standards.
• Negotiate costs, manage margin expectations, and deliver budget-compliant solutions without compromising quality or timelines.
