About the Opportunity

A dynamic force in the fast-paced Apparel & Fashion Retail sector, we partner with global brands and domestic manufacturers to streamline end-to-end merchandising workflows—from design alignment to production timelines and retail readiness. Our merchandisers are the backbone of product flow, ensuring seasonal collections hit shelves on time, within budget, and aligned with market demand. We operate with agility, data-driven forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across design, sourcing, and retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end apparel merchandising cycle: from tech packs to production sign-off, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with design, buying, and overseas vendors to secure accurate costing, material specs, and MOQ compliance.
• Track production timelines and lead times, proactively resolving bottlenecks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory data to forecast demand and optimize product assortments for upcoming seasons.
• Conduct fit sessions, quality audits, and pre-shipment inspections to ensure product integrity before retail launch.
• Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to align stock allocation, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
