Gallagher & Mohan is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support financial modelling, commercial real estate analysis, investment evaluation, and market research.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with Argus Enterprise and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models.

The candidate will analyse real estate assets, evaluate investment performance, and prepare detailed financial reports to support business and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models using Argus Enterprise.


• Build and refine Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to evaluate investment opportunities and asset valuations.


• Conduct financial analysis of multifamily and other commercial real estate assets.


• Research real estate markets, including property comparables, rental trends, occupancy rates, capitalisation rates, and market developments.


• Analyse investment performance using key financial metrics, including Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Cash-on-Cash Return.


• Prepare financial reports, market research summaries, and investment analysis for clients and senior management.
