Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking an FP&A professional to lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and build dynamic models.

You will analyze monthly performance, prepare leadership dashboards, track KPIs, and support cost optimization with data-driven recommendations using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Access, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CA / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of FP&A experience, preferably in IT/ITES.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities.
• Support M&A evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.

• Ad-hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities.
  • Support M&A evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.

About you

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
