• Review of utility equipment operation and prompt troubleshooting actions.

• Perform qualification/re-qualification of plant and utility equipment.
• Adhere to safety norms and use PPE as required.
• Contractors’ bill checking and verification.
• Raise indents for spares and modification-related jobs.
• HVAC maintenance and validation activities.
• Follow instruction and report to manager on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & routine maintenance activities.
• To review utility equipment operation and to take prompt trouble shooting action.
• To review utility / maintenance logbooks & keep maintain records accordingly.
• To execute the Preventive maintenance plan of Equipment.
• To Perform Qualification/ Re-qualification of the equipment (Plant and Utility).
• To follow all safety norms & use PPE’s as per requirement.
• Contractor’s bill checking.
• To raise indents for spares of equipment & modification related jobs.
• HVAC related Maintenance & Validation activity.
• Follow the activities instruction time to time and report to reporting manager on time.
