ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an Oracle L2 Functional Consultant – Order to Cash with 8–12 years of experience to support Oracle EBS R12 Finance O2C processes.

You will act as the functional escalation point and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. The role requires hands-on expertise in AR, GL, AP, CM and related sub-ledgers, a deep understanding of end-to-end financial flows, and the ability to perform RCA and robust troubleshooting.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of Oracle EBS R12 functional support experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AGIS, AR, GL, AP, CM and related sub-ledgers.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Ability to perform RCA and functional troubleshooting independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a 24x7 or enterprise support environment.

Resolve functional break-fix incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support new enhancements/projects. • Ability to perform RCA and functional troubleshooting independently.
