Job summary

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst to provide first-line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, HCM and SCM modules. The role operates in Europe and US time zones with a night shift from 2 PM to 11 PM.

You will monitor tickets in Halo/JIRA, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and ensure smooth handovers for next-shift teams.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM & SCM).
• L1/L2 support experience with hands-on in FBDI/ADFDI, OIC, and BI Publisher.
• Support Expertise in Finance, HCM and SCM Modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote global collaboration.
• Experience working in night shift (2 PM to 11 PM) covering US time zones.

Responsibilities

The Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing first line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP covering Finance, HCM and SCM modules during Europe, US time zone operations. The role ensures business continuity by resolving user issues, maintaining integrations, managing period-close activities, and supporting data accuracy and compliance across the global ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Incident Support
