Job summary

Kores in India is seeking an Annealing Pit Furnace Operator to manage annealing furnace operations on the manufacturing line. This role requires reading specifications, setting temperatures, monitoring safety, and handling charge carriers with an EOT crane.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in annealing furnace operations, with ability to read technical drawings and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+2 or ITI and above with minimum 5 years of experience in Annealing furnace.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints as per requirements.
• Knowledge of Annealing Furnace operations and setup procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Operate Annealing Furnace as per required parameters of annealing wire.

Annealing Furnace Operator is responsible for operating Annealing Furnace according to specifications required. Here a breakdown of the job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Annealing Furnace as per required parameters of annealing wire.
• Review work orders and select Temperature range and times according to specifications.
• Operate EOT Crane with safety for putting and moving the charge carriers and POTs.
• Insert wire into Furnace and monitor Furnace operation with safety.
• Can handling annealing furnace, can read measuring instruments (temperature meters) and can measure the micrometer.

Work experience in low carbon ms wire will be given advantage.
