Job summary

AMI Placement Services is seeking a CSR Fundraising Manager in New Delhi to lead CSR outreach, donor management, and reporting. The role centers on developing funding models, strategies, and partnerships with existing funders and the organization to meet annual fundraising goals.

You will own the CSR fundraising goals, work with the fundraising team, and manage a full cycle of donor engagement, including reporting and communications for funding partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in development sector.
• 5 years in an operations leadership role preferred.
• Masters degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect CSR organizations and donors aligned with our mission; develop strategic proposals for long-term partnership.
• Oversee donor management including field visits, due diligence and reporting.
• Collate, validate data and prepare funding communications for partners and potential CSR donors.
• Lead the design of funding collaterals.

CSR Fundraising Manager

Creating a funding model for the organization based on the current funding landscape.

Developing strategies grounded in a deep understanding of the interests and priorities of existing funders as well as of the interests and priorities of the organization.

Leading the annual fundraising and planning effective strategies to achieve fundraising goals.

The incumbent will lead the CSR outreach, fundraising, donor management and reporting.

They will fully own the CSR fundraising goals, be an integral part of the fundraising team and be responsible for a full-cycle of donor management to help forge new long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Prospect relevant CSR organizations and donors aligned with our mission and develop strategic proposals for long-term partnership.
• Oversee current and new donor management including field visits, due diligence and reporting.
• Work with internal program teams to collate, validate data and prepare various formats of communication for funding partners and potential CSR donors.
• Leading the design of funding collaterals.
• Advocating for the organization's vision at CSR events and any other fundraising summits.

Experience

• 7 + years of work experience (minimum) in the development sector.
• 5 years should have been spent in an operations leadership role.
• (Preferred) Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
