Job summary

Jeevan setu foundation in Maharashtra seeks a Fundraising Executive – Target Based to lead a mix of Corporate & CSR funding, individual donations and crowdfunding initiatives. You will develop donor pipelines, manage relationships and coordinate field visits across Mumbai, Pune and other cities.

The role requires 1–3+ years in NGO fundraising or related sales/BD, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MSW / MBA preferred.
• 1–3+ years experience in NGO fundraising or related fields.
• Experience in donor relations / CSR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Corporate & CSR fundraising initiatives.
• Engage in Individual & Public donations programs.
• Develop crowdfunding initiatives and donor databases.
• Manage donor relationships and follow-ups.
• Conduct prospect/donor database development and mapping.
• Build NGO & corporate partnerships and field visit meetings.
• Plan and execute fundraising strategy and reporting.
