Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in equity fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Prior exposure to IPOs/QIPs/Private Placements is preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEBI/RBI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market intelligence & analysis: track global equity markets, investor sentiment and regulatory developments.
  • Governance & compliance: ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI and other authorities; assist in offer documents and disclosures.
  • Investor & stakeholder management: coordinate meetings, roadshows, and investor decks; manage communications.
  • Transaction execution: support end-to-end execution of IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.
  • Project finance: assist in structuring project finance, liaise with banks and lenders, and prepare models.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Fund Raising Specialist with hands-on experience in equity fundraising to support capital market transactions and investor engagement initiatives. The role will focus on execution, investor coordination, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance across fundraising activities

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Analysis
  • Track global equity markets, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments relevant to fundraising activities.
  • Support development of equity narratives, valuation analysis, and benchmarking against peers.
2. Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI, and other relevant authorities.
  • Assist in preparation of offer documents, investor disclosures, and internal approvals.
3. Investor & Stakeholder Management
  • Support engagement with institutional investors, financial institutions, and intermediaries.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.
  • Prepare investor decks, financial models, and transaction-related materials.
  • Assist in managing communication and follow-ups with stakeholders during transactions.
4. Transaction Execution
  • Support end-to-end execution of equity fundraising transactions such as IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.
  • Assist in deal structuring, documentation, due diligence, and coordination with advisors, bankers, and legal teams.
  • Track transaction timelines and ensure smooth execution across all stakeholders.
5. Project Finance
  • Assist in raising and structuring project finance for ongoing and upcoming projects, particularly in capital-intensive businesses.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for debt financing.
  • Support preparation of project financial models, feasibility analysis, and lender presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial closure and compliance with lending requirements.
Key Requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in equity fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Prior exposure to IPOs/QIPs/Private Placements is preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEBI/RBI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
