Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a finance professional to support fund operations and regulatory compliance from its Bengaluru setup. You will manage capital calls, NAV, LP accounting, and investor reporting, coordinating with administrators and auditors to ensure accurate, timely records.

Ideal candidates have CA or MBA in Finance with 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and exposure to AIF/fund operations. Prior Big 4 audit exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA / MBA Finance with 3–5 years of experience.
• Exposure to AIF, PE/VC fund operations, fund administration, or Big 4 audit.
• Working knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations, FEMA and basic compliance frameworks.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with fund accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support fund operations: capital calls, drawdown notices, LP capital accounts, NAV, unit accounting, and fee allocation.
• Maintain fund books, assist month-end/quarter-end closures and audit schedules.

About the Company:

Our client is a growth equity and asset management firm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support fund operations, including capital calls, drawdown notices, LP capital account maintenance, NAV computation, unit accounting, and management fee and expense allocation.
• Maintain fund-level books of accounts and assist with month-end and quarter-end closures, statutory audit schedules, and auditor coordination.
• Support SEBI AIF filings, regulatory disclosures, and compliance requirements relating to FEMA, PMLA, AML and KYC, while maintaining compliance trackers and filing calendars.
• Prepare LP capital account statements and investor reports, assist with investor queries and onboarding documentation, and support data room preparation.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax advisors and legal counsel on routine matters, while supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / MBA Finance with 3 – 5 years of experience.
• Prior exposure to AIF, PE/VC fund operations, fund administration, or Big 4 audit.
• Working knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations, FEMA and basic compliance frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to fund accounting systems is an added advantage.
