Job summary

3X4 Genetics in Mumbai seeks a NAV operations professional with 2–4 years' experience to manage offshore mandate operations, NAV calculations, and reconciliations. You will prepare regulatory reports, monitor FPI regulations, and support shadow NAV, TER recon, and data maintenance across Bloomberg and BO-SAP.

The role requires strong capital markets knowledge, teamwork, and a proactive approach to process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital market operations and NAV/reconciliation processes.

• MBA/CA Inter/CA with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of offshore mandate operations, including NAV computation and reconciliations such as FA and Cash, in line with defined SLAs.
• Prepare and disseminate regulatory and mandate-specific reports to internal and external stakeholders within stipulated timelines.
• Monitor evolving FPI regulations and proactively implement process and system changes to ensure continued compliance.
• Support domestic business by executing shadow NAV and other ancillary processes such as TER recon, maintenance of Scheme Summer Documents, etc. with support of senior team members.
• Provide limited operational support to GIFT city-based funds.
• Maintain accurate and timely master and data maintenance across various in-house and external systems such as Bloomberg and BO-SAP.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve reconciliation breaks (if any) and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and driving automation/efficiency initiatives within NAV and reconciliation processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing timely documentation and clarifications related to NAV, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, escalation protocols, and risk management frameworks governing fund operations

Job description

• Well versed with Capital Market Operations. Understanding of financial market related instruments– (equities, derivatives, fixed income, collateral etc.)
