Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Training & Learning & Development professional in India (Pune region) to support onboarding and ongoing talent development for CAS. You will partner with supervisors, deliver engaging training, and manage logistics and LMS-based sessions.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience and fluency in English. The position offers flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) within Capgemini's global learning programs and a competitive benefits

Job description

. Supports new hire onboarding and ongoing talent development for Customer and Agent Solutions (CAS)

. Partners with supervisors and coaches to deliver effective training experiences

. Plays a key role in change management for new products, platforms, processes, and behaviors

. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned CAS sub.segment

. Facilitates first week of new hire training

. Supports leaders delivering technical training

. Provides train.the.leader/coach support

. Manages low.complexity content updates

. Gathers feedback and supports training records and reporting

. Occasionally facilitates technical training modules for consistency and quality

. Delivers and facilitates learning solutions for supervisory and professional.level Service Operations audiences

. Creates a positive learning environment driving behavior change and measurable business results

. Plans, prepares, and executes training programs with organized learning materials

. Oversees trainees during sessions and provides constructive feedback

. Partners with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and improvement opportunities

. Supports business strategy execution with targeted learning and performance improvement solutions

. Collaborates on continuous improvement initiatives with Service Operations Leadership and University partners

. Manages end.to.end training delivery logistics, including classroom setup/teardown

. Utilizes the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery

. Coordinates training schedules, guest speakers, and support resources with cross.functional partners

. Leads meetings with business leaders to review class outcomes and employee performance

. Serves as a subject matter expert for curriculum development and content relevance

. Contributes to cross.functional project teams with innovative ideas for enhancing learning solutions

. Leads or supports projects focused on improving training programs

. Conducts evaluations to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements

. Performs additional duties to support organizational learning objectives

Total Experience - 04 to 06 Years

Work Timings (India) - 2 PM to 11 PM IST i.e 4.30 AM to 1.30 PM EST (subjected to change)
