Job summary

Nexa Office Infosystems LLP seeks a Functional Solution Consultant for Enterprise Applications in India with 4–7 years of experience. You will understand customer requirements and translate them into functional solutions, configuration needs and delivery documentation.

Role includes discovery sessions, process documentation, mapping requirements to OIS features, configuring demos, and coordinating with Product, QA and Implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional consulting or business analysis for enterprise software.
• Ability to produce clear functional documents and explain business processes.
• Understanding of application configuration, workflows, roles and reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confidence in customer-facing discussions.

Responsibilities
