Job summary

Q3 technologies, Inc. in Jaipur seeks a Functional Consulting professional with strong presales and consulting experience. You will work closely with clients, sales and delivery teams to define functional solutions and support proposal development through to delivery.

You will lead requirement gathering, translate business needs into specs, and create high-level designs while guiding implementation and go-live activities. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in functional consulting or business analysis roles.
• Strong exposure to presales activities and client-facing engagements.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solutioning and documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Able to articulate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing proposals, estimations and functional solution decks.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance during implementation, UAT, and go-live phases
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Support change requests, impact analysis, and scope discussions
