Job summary

Dynatech Systems, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a Functional Lead (D365 CRM Functional) to oversee end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects across clients and business units, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and mentor delivery staff while ensuring solutions meet business requirements and CRM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies and resource planning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and CRM implementation lifecycles.
• Basic understanding of solution architecture, integrations, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects across clients and business units.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, task assignments, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and design workshops with business users.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 CE best practices, implementation approaches, and integration considerations.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Monitor project progress, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and escalations; Conduct regular project reviews and client status meetings.
• Support effort estimation, resource planning, and project governance activities.
• Oversee release management, change management, and deployment processes.
• Ensure effective coordination among cross-functional teams including development, BI, and support teams.
• Review and support solution architecture, integrations, and overall CRM implementation lifecycle.
• Possess working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Maintain awareness of Power Platform capabilities including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
