Job summary

Mindquad is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in Ahmedabad or remotely.

Job Description

• Lead design and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Design and manage Dataverse data models, security, business rules and integrations.
• Lead implementations for D365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations.
• Architect integrations using Dataverse APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Drive Copilot and AI Solution Adoption using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Conduct customer workshops, solution design sessions and requirement gathering.
• Mentor consultants and developers and provide technical leadership.
• Support presales activities including estimations, proposals and solution presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for international and domestic clients.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and working across different time zones.
• Enterprise Power Platform implementation experience.
• Experience with Governance and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio and Generative AI solutions.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services and Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture discussions and customer‑facing consulting.
