Role Description The Functional Consultant – Odoo will work on-site in Kozhikode in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective Odoo configurations and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping processes to Odoo modules, configuring and testing solutions, and preparing functional documentation. The role involves conducting user training, supporting system adoption, and coordinating with technical teams for customizations and integrations. The consultant will also participate in implementation projects, perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing post-go-live support to ensure stable and efficient operations. Regular communication with stakeholders and proactive identification of improvement opportunities are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and hands-on experience with Odoo functional modules (such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, or Project Management).
• Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design, with the ability to align Odoo features to client workflows.

• Prior experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation and support is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in Kozhikode in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
