We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers. We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Record to Report Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping large BPM deals, crafting compelling R2R digital solutions (Hyper‑automation, Generative AI, Agentic, etc.) and driving transformation agendas for clients across industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to provide deep R2R domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle.
• Lead the design of end‑to‑end R2R solutions for large, complex deals including transformation and technology enablement.
• Develop client‑specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate R2R capabilities and transformation levers.
• Lead sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in R2R, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Close & Reporting, Automation, AI/ML in R2R, and digital enablers like BlackLine, Trintech, HighRadius, etc.
• Contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers, and point‑of‑view documents to strengthen market positioning.
• Collaborate with delivery, transformation, and digital teams to co‑create winning solutions.
• Support internal capability building by mentoring junior team members.
• Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility and create solutions in situations requiring in‑depth knowledge.
• Set strategic direction to establish near‑term goals for area(s) of responsibility and influence senior management.
• Manage large teams and/or work efforts at client or within Accenture.
• Travel may be required and work may be in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a postgraduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin).
• Deep domain expertise in RTR area.
• Hands‑on operations or transformation experience in RTR within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services.
• Have delivered at least 2 large‑scale F&A deals or tech‑led RTR transformation for large global clients.
• Well versed with industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and analytics; proven track record of implementing digital finance solutions.
• Developing strong client relationships, driving client dialogue both at GPO and at CFO level, and shaping and delivering value‑led finance projects.
• Solid team player who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑energy, project‑oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in managing a high‑performance team and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Action‑oriented, self‑driven, analytical, structured, quality focused, adaptable.
• Flexible to travel and adjust to working shift patterns.
