Job summary

Maveric in Bangalore is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, AWS and Agile experience. The role combines technical leadership (50%) and individual contribution (50%), managing client interactions and delivering end-to-end solutions.

You will mentor a team of engineers, drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, ensure quality and timely delivery, and participate in CI/CD and DevOps on AWS.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, AWS, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a combination of Technical Leadership (50%) and Individual Contribution (50%).

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client interactions, leading a team of engineers, owning end-to-end delivery, driving technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and actively contributing to application development. The candidate should also support team members in resolving day-to-day technical challenges while ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of applications and product features.


• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.


• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Full Stack Developers.


• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.


• Support team members in resolving day-to-day technical issues.


• Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and engineering best practices.


• Manage sprint planning, estimations, resource allocation, and releases.


• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.


• Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture.


• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.


• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS.


• Implement secure and scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.


• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.


• Participate in development activities as an Individual Contributor (50%).


• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the team.


• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and automation.

Cloud & DevOps

• Design and deploy applications on AWS.
