Qualifications

• 6–11 years of professional development experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, databases, Kafka, AWS, CI/CD, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
• Build secure and scalable REST APIs with proper authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, and API documentation.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases, SQL queries, migrations, and application performance.
• Develop event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance across production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices where required.
• Work with Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Integrate and leverage AWS services to build scalable and production-grade applications.
• Use AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and improving developer productivity.
