Evoke Technologies is seeking a Full-Stack Architect to drive the technical strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-scale web platforms. You will split time between system architecture, high-impact coding, and team mentorship, building cloud-native microservices and unified frontend experiences.

You will lead architecture reviews, enforce engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.

Role & responsibilities

Role :

Full-Stack Architect to drive the technical strategy, design, and execution of our enterprise-scale web platforms. In this role, you will be the core technical authoritysplitting your time between system architecture, high-impact coding, and team mentorship. You will design resilient, cloud-native microservices, construct unified frontend experiences, and champion modern engineering practices across the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

1.Architecture & System Design

• End-to-End Blueprinting: Architect and scale highly available, distributed systems using Node.js, React.js, and asynchronous, event-driven architectures.
• API & Integration Strategy: Design secure, performant RESTful APIs and GraphQL gateways optimized for low latency and high throughput.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Establish core frontend architectures utilizing modern state management (Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query), server-side rendering (Next.js), and scalable micro-frontend strategies
• Data Modeling: Oversee database architecture, schemas, caching strategies, and indexing optimization across relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.

2. Technical Leadership & Governance

• Guard Quality Standards: Act as the ultimate review gate for engineering outputs, enforcing modular design, strict linting, and minimal cyclomatic complexity
• Hands-on Execution: Lead by example by personally writing production code for complex features, foundational pipelines, and critical proofs-of-concept.
• Technical Roadmap: Translate vague business requirements into clear technical specifications, decomposing them into sprint-ready objectives.
• Risk & Debt Management: Identify application bottlenecks, continuously evaluate tech stacks, and proactively manage technical debt

3. Team Mentorship & Collaboration

• People Growth: Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers to foster a culture of cross-functional autonomy and technical excellence.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate deeply with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps, and QA to harmonize technical solutions with organizational
