Job summary

Pixelcode Technologies India is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across finance domains. You will own backend and frontend integration, REST API delivery, and data model optimisation, while championing instrumentation and observability using OpenTelemetry and associated monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in full stack development with backend and frontend focus.
• Strong backend experience with Python/Java/.NET and REST APIs.
• Proficient in SQL data modelling and query tuning.
• Familiar with Ansible, IIS and observability tooling.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend and frontend development, specialising in Python, REST API development, SQL, Java, .NET, Ansible, IIS, and OpenTelemetry and from Finance or Banking Domain . The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while driving automation, application observability, performance optimisation, and seamless integration across modern technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Build and support backend applications using Java and .NET technologies.
• Design, optimise, and manage SQL databases, queries, and data models for high-performance applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using Ansible.
• Implement OpenTelemetry to provide end-to-end application observability through distributed tracing, metrics, and logging.
• Integrate telemetry data with enterprise monitoring platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless integration between user interfaces and backend services.
• Configure, administer, and optimise IIS web servers to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available application hosting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack application, infrastructure, and performance issues across development and production environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and support successful project delivery.
• Develop clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code while following software engineering best practices.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in version control, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities to support efficient software delivery.
• Contribute to technical design, solution architecture, and continuous enhancement of enterprise applications and development standards.
