Job summary

Luxoft seeks a skilled Full Stack Engineer to develop scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. You will modernize legacy systems, build robust REST APIs with Python Flask, and craft responsive SPAs with React and TypeScript.

You’ll leverage Kendo UI, design robust SQL schemas, and containerize with Docker. Work in a fast-paced Scrum environment, coordinating with product owners, QA, and peers to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python 3.8+ and Flask experience.
• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating Kendo UI components.
• Proficient SQL scripting with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Design, develop and consume REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Git for DevOps and version control.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines are a plus.
• Experience in financial services or automotive domains is a plus.

You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Python 3.8+ and the Flask web framework.

Build dynamic, highly responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using React and TypeScript.

Implement complex data grids and interactive UI components utilizing the Kendo UI library.

Design optimized relational database schemas and write complex, high-performance SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.

Containerize applications and manage local development environments utilizing Docker.

Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Git for version control and collaborative development.

Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with product owners, QA, and other developers to ensure seamless delivery.

Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across the entire stack.

Skills

Must have

Backend Development: 3+ years of strong experience in Python (specifically version 3.8 or higher) and the Flask framework.

Frontend Development: Solid proficiency in building web applications with React and TypeScript.

UI Libraries: Hands-on commercial experience integrating and customizing Kendo UI components.

Database: Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and strong SQL scripting abilities.

Architecture: Proven experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.

DevOps & Tools: Proficiency in containerization using Docker and version control using Git.

Nice to have

Experience working within strict Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Prior experience in the financial services or automotive domains.
