Job summary

Ascendion in Bengaluru is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.

You will work across UI and server components, implement RESTful APIs, integrate databases, and collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and other developers. The role emphasizes modern CI/CD practices and secure coding.

Qualifications

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Angular/Vue.
• Backend: Node.js/Express or Java Spring Boot or Python Django/FastAPI.
• REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, and basic cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.

Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Debug issues and improve application performance.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and basic application security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and other developers.
• Use Git and modern CI/CD practices for development and deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frontend HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript React.js / Angular / Vue.js Responsive design State management and frontend API integration Backend Node.js with Express/NestJS or Java with Spring Boot or Python with Django/FastAPI REST APIs and backend architecture Authentication & authorization Database
