Job summary

Proof-of-Skill in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build scalable web applications using Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Express on the backend. The role emphasizes high-performance design, scalable databases, caching, and AI-powered data systems, with collaboration across product and design teams.

You will own features end-to-end, participate in code reviews, mentor juniors, and ensure production readiness with clean, tested code.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Redis.
• Experience working with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design principles.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
