Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Python to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands‐on development experience, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to lead technical architecture decisions across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Technologies

• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with Server‑Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and React Server Components.
• Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of micro‑frontend architecture is an advantage.

Backend Technologies

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and middleware.
• Experience with background processing, task queues, and distributed systems.

Database & Data Layer

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL/caching technologies.
• Strong understanding of database modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy.

Architecture & System Design

• Strong knowledge of High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD).
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, multi‑tenant enterprise applications.
• Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Experience with API gateways, message queues, caching, and event‑driven architecture.
• Ability to make architectural decisions considering performance, security, cost, and maintainability.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container‑based deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure scalability.

Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience integrating Generative AI and LLM‑based capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience with WebSockets, real‑time applications, and asynchronous communication.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and API orchestration.
• Familiarity with Databricks, data platforms, or analytics‑driven applications.
• Experience working with enterprise SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands‑on experience in full‑stack application development.
• At least 23 years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering production‑grade enterprise applications.
