Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in modern web technologies, Python-based backend development, cloud-native architecture, and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications using Angular or React, Python, and Azure Cloud Services.

This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, architecture ownership, stakeholder management, and a passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and cloud-native application design.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical leadership across full-stack engineering teams.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and code quality initiatives.
• Drive technical excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
• Own end-to-end application, integration, and platform architecture.
• Define technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal architectural decisions.

Full Stack Development

• Architect and develop modern web applications using Angular or React.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design and implement reusable components, service layers, and integration patterns.
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.
• Design and build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Implement scalable architectures using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and related PaaS offerings.
• Drive cloud security, governance, monitoring, and observability initiatives.
• Lead CI/CD automation and DevOps adoption using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Frontend Engineering & User Experience

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Establish frontend architecture, component standards, and reusable design systems.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Lead technical planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery activities.
• Support Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt effectively.
• Champion AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and other approved tools.
• Drive adoption of automation, observability, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
