Job summary

Quantumfortuna Consulting Llp seeks a Manager Digital Media Services (DMS) Fulfillment in Mumbai to own the full fulfillment lifecycle from feasibility to handover. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and site partners to ensure on-time deployment, high-quality installations, and effective supply chain execution across India.

This role requires strong vendor management, logistics coordination, and proactive problem solving to turn pipelines into visible installations that customers

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in operations and project execution.
• Experience managing international procurement and vendor relationships.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfillment across the full DMS lifecycle: Feasibility, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Commissioning, Handover.
• Ensure expert handling, planning and supervised installation of high-value smart mirror units.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams, partners, and technicians to keep installations on schedule and to high quality.
• Ensure timely availability of site resources — equipment, manpower, and logistics — to keep projects on track.
• Track and report on open orders, forecasts, and landed costs to shape growth planning.

Manager Digital Media Services (DMS) Fulfillment

Location: Mumbai (HO)

About the Role

The Company is redefining how buildings connect with the people who move through them every day. Our Digital Media Services are turning everyday spaces into engaging, connected experiences at scale. We're looking for a DMS Fulfilment Manager to take end-to-end ownership of this portfolio, from feasibility and pricing through procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning and handover. It's a high-impact, single-point-of-accountability role for someone who wants to turn an sales pipeline into real installations that customers see and use every day across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfillment across the full DMS lifecycle: Feasibility Procurement Logistics Installation Commissioning Handover.


• Ensure expert handling, planning and supervised installation of high-value smart mirror units protecting valuable imported components and setting the standard for delivery.


• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and partners internal fulfilment teams, on-site execution partners, technicians and subcontractors to keep installations on schedule and to the highest quality standards.


• Ensure timely availability of site resources — equipment, manpower and logistics — keeping teams moving and projects on track.


• Track and report on the open order book, sales forecasts, and landed product costs, directly shaping how the business plans for growth.


• Partner with sales, supply chain and finance stakeholders to manage inventory alignment, cost exposure and project momentum.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Fulfilment of a high-value, fast-growing order pipeline of Digital Media Services sold across current and prior years.


• Coordinating with internal teams, vendors and site partners to ensure on-time deployment and rapid issue resolution.


• Smooth, well-planned supply chain execution spanning international and domestic vendors.


• On-time, quality installations across sites with minimal rework and escalations.


• Coordinating with technical and service teams for preventive maintenance and fault resolution, keeping every screen running at its best.

Requirements

• Experience Level 5-10 Years.


• Experience in operations, project execution and managing team.


• Demonstrated ability to manage international procurement and vendor relationships, including handling fragile / high-value imported materials.


• Strong cross-functional coordination skills — comfortable driving delivery across technical, logistics and field execution teams.


• Experience managing site operations, resourcing and installation quality at scale across multiple locations.


• A strong sense of ownership, with the drive to run a full lifecycle role end-to-end and make it your own.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work with sales, finance and technical teams.
