The City of Trinidad, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform operations and upkeep of streets, bridges, parks, and recreation areas under the Public Works department. The role focuses on safe, clean, and welcoming public spaces through hands-on maintenance and equipment operation.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; CDL Class B may be required within six months. The position is full-time with on-site duties and on-call responsibilities.

Required Education/Experience:
Must be able to operate equipment typical to the trade such as dump truck, pickup truck, utility truck, backhoe, snowplow, street sweeper, tamper, mowers, compressors, sanders, generators, common hand and power tools, shovels, wrenches, detection devices, mobile radio, phone.
