Job summary

Saahas Waste Management Private Limited in Narsinghpur, MP, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage monthly targets, verify DWCC operations, and liaise with government officials to ensure smooth DWCC functioning.

You will maintain DWCC data, prepare monthly reports and PnL, coordinate documentation, and support audits to improve sorting quality and reporting accuracy across DWCC activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with DWCCs and government officials for smooth operation of DWCCs.
• Maintenance of reports and required forms related to DWCC activities.
• Data capture and monthly PnL preparation for DWCCs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the estimate targets for each month with the breakup between DWCCs.
• Ensuring to achieve the Repurpose target of every month before the last week of the month.
• Scheduled visits to the DWCCs to crosscheck and monitor the operations.
• Liaison with government officials for smooth operation of DWCCs.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator (Repurpose project POC internal & external) to submit all the documents timely.
• Coordinate with all DWCCs where MoU has been signed for sourcing of goods segregated dry waste and purchase of few sorted materials as per MRF requirement.
• Capture data in DWCC app and ensure maintenance of reports and required forms.
• Capture sorting details daily as and when sorting takes place and crosscheck with the inward quantity at DWCC and dispatch quantity to the MRF.
• Timely verifications of the data captured every day.
• Capture all required details at DWCC to prepare month-on-month PnL for DWCCs.
• Ensuring the submission of invoices with rejected quantity details for the materials sourced from all DWCCs.
• Maintaining the complete database with regard to DWCC operations.
