Engg in Bengaluru is seeking a Full Stack Python Engineer to support an AI-powered medicolegal platform with production-grade Python services and scalable architectures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, API development, and integration of AI models using FastAPI/Flask/Django on AWS. 4+ years of experience and a Tier 1 degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 university or equivalent experience at a top-tier technology company or startup.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python backend or full-stack engineer in cross-time-zone environments.
• Proven track record building production-grade systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Experience with high-throughput APIs, document processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to write clear technical specs and collaborate across teams.
• Bonus: Bedrock for deploying foundation models; Bonus: React/Next.js or TS/Node.js for full-stack work.
