Overview

We are seeking an experienced software developer (5–10+ years) who is passionate about mentoring and teaching. This on-site teaching role in Bhubaneswar requires classroom sessions; remote work is not applicable.

Company: NLITE Technologies | Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site, classroom-based)

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri) on topics including front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js), back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs), databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate), DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms), and software engineering practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns).


• Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects.


• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.


• Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability).


• Collaborate with curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer.


• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.


• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
