Full Stack Developer & Technical Trainer

React + Node.js / MERN Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu Immediate Joiner Preferred Actively Hiring

Role Overview

• Deliver a structured full stack curriculum from fundamentals to advanced patterns
• Lead project-based learning and guide students through a full stack capstone application
• Run live coding sessions, debugging exercises, and professional code reviews
• Teach Git-based collaboration, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning
• Integrate GenAI tools for code generation and debugging into the workflow
• Create and maintain assessments, project briefs, and evaluation rubrics
• Participate in curriculum review cycles to keep content current with organisation and curriculum needs

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional development experience. At least 1 year in formal training, structured tutoring, or classroom instruction
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, accessibility (ARIA), and mobile-first design
• Strong proficiency in ES6+, async/await, and production-level TypeScript
• Hands‑on expertise in React, including component architecture, hooks, and state management (Redux or Zustand)
• Solid experience in Node.js and Express, including middleware design, async patterns, and REST API development
• Ability to implement secure, scalable REST APIs with JWT, session management, OAuth2, and RBAC
• Clear understanding of monolithic vs. microservices patterns
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), plus Prisma or Mongoose
• End‑to‑end deployment experience for both frontend and backend applications
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests using frameworks relevant to your stack
• Disciplined Git practices and proficiency with at least one project‑management tool (Jira, Trello, Asana, or Plane)

Required Within Your First 30 Days

Candidates who meet all the above but lack these will still be considered — just needs to be demonstrated within 30 days.

• Docker and docker‑compose for local environments
• CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
• Applied awareness of OWASP Top 10 and mitigation strategies in web applications

Nice to Have

• Server‑side rendering or static site generation experience (Next.js)
• Exposure to extended backend patterns such as GraphQL, microservices, modular monolith architecture, or async and parallel processing
• Familiarity with a cloud platform at a basic setup level (AWS or GCP)
• Experience with monorepo tooling (Turborepo or Nx)
• RAG pipeline experience with a vector store
• Prior experience contributing to technical curriculum design or structured learning pathway development

No Formal Teaching Experience?
