Job summary

IT Shaala is a premier training institute in Pune district offering hands-on, industry-relevant IT training. We seek a passionate trainer to conduct online and in-person Full Stack Development sessions using Java and React JS, design curricula, mentor students, and support marketing with demos and webinars.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on Full Stack experience, strong communication, and teaching enthusiasm. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT is required; prior teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• React JS (MUST) – components, hooks, state management.
• REST API development and integration.
• Database knowledge – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts.
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person).
• Design and develop curriculum, training materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor students through hands-on coding exercises, real-time projects, and career guidance.
