Job summary

Sallet IT Soft Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build scalable web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers on-site.

You will implement RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express, work with React.js or Next.js, and manage MongoDB and SQL databases while collaborating with designers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a CS/IT/engineering degree and hands-on experience, plus Git workflows and deployment familiarity (CI/CD, cloud basics).

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and database integrations.
• Work with MongoDB, SQL databases, and data-driven application architectures.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate requirements into reliable and user-friendly software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with React.js and preferably Next.js.
• Understanding of Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and backend development.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Redux/Redux Toolkit, or other modern frontend tools.
