Role Overview

We are hiring a developer with hands‑on Frappe/ERP Next development experience to build and improve academic ERP workflows used by real institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom features using Frappe/ERP Next
• Build Custom Doctypes, scripts, and APIs
• Create frontend components when needed (Vue/React)
• Optimize performance for high‑usage systems
• Integrate with payment gateways, portals, and communication tools
• Support and maintain live production features

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of Frappe/ERP Next development
• Strong Python
• Experience deploying and supporting production systems
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI dev tools

Good to Have

• Built a Frappe app from scratch
• Experience with background jobs, Redis, schedulers
• Performance optimization experience
• Exposure to education domain systems
