Job summary

Profezzo is hiring a Frappe Developer to design, customize and maintain ERPNext-based business applications. You will work on DocTypes, reports, workflows and APIs, integrating third-party systems while applying AI-assisted coding practices.

Minimum 1 year of related experience, 2+ years preferred. On-site only in Raipur, India, with real estate, retail and asset marketing domain exposure. You will collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Frappe Framework or ERPNext.
• Hands-on with DocTypes, hooks, permissions, reports, workflows, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and basic Linux/server operations.
• Ability to use AI coding tools while validating code.

Responsibilities

Frappe Developer (5 positions) · Engineering & Business Applications

Objective:

Develop, customise, integrate, test and maintain business applications using Frappe Framework and ERPNext, with AI-assisted engineering practices.

What you will do

• Develop and customise Frappe apps, DocTypes, forms, reports, workflows and business logic.
• Build APIs and integrate third-party systems and portals.
• Work with business analysts to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug, write tests, review code and improve performance.
• Use AI coding assistants for code, debugging, refactoring, tests and documentation.
• Follow version control, deployment, security and coding standards.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Frappe Framework and/or ERPNext.
• DocTypes, hooks, permissions, reports, workflows, REST APIs.
• Git and basic Linux/server operations.
• Ability to use AI coding tools while independently validating the code.

Preferred:

custom app development, ERP integrations, background jobs, deployment, production troubleshooting.

Selection:

practical Frappe task, debugging exercise, API/database exercise, and discussion of AI-assisted coding. Be ready to explain and demonstrate your code.

For all roles:

AI-based working is mandatory. Minimum 1 year experience, 2+ years preferred. On-site only; remote applications not considered. Domains: Real Estate, and Retail & Asset Marketing including Automobile.
