Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Java Full Stack - Manager to lead software delivery and digital transformation initiatives. You will mentor engineering teams, shape technical direction, and deliver robust enterprise applications across the tech stack.

You will own project planning, budgeting, and execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

As a Java Full Stack - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation for our clients. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Core Java (Java 11+) and OOP principles, Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Data JPA, RESTful API design and development, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, State management (Redux or React Query)
• Hibernate/JPA for ORM, Build tools: Maven or Gradle
• Unit testing: JUnit, Mockito, SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Utilizing Java and JavaScript for full‑stack development
• Implementing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
