As a GCP FullStack Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will guide teams in implementing the firm's methodologies and technology resources to meet client service expectations, while cultivating meaningful client relationships and inspiring your teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing and guiding teams in the design, coding, and testing of applications that enhance business performance
• Utilizing technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create and maintain software applications
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
• Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
• Developing and maintaining scalable application architectures using microservices and cloud-based technologies
• Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and software development best practices within teams
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation in software engineering teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
• Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
• Excelling in managing complex software development projects and teams
• Leveraging experience in API Management and Microservices architecture
• Developing innovative solutions using cloud platforms like GCP
• Mentoring junior staff in software engineering best practices
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on GCP experience.
• Deep proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux Toolkit, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend development in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Extensive experience designing REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, Apigee, Cloud Endpoints, and serverless patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with GCP services including Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud – Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Firestore, API Gateway, Cloud CDN, Identity Platform, IAM.
• Experience with asynchronous task processing (Celery) and event streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, and Firebase Hosting.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Cloud Run).
• Strong understanding of application security (Identity Platform, IAM, Cloud KMS, Cloud Armor) and cloud governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.
• Prior experience with microservices architecture and event‑driven design.
