AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and scale cloud-based services and web interfaces using C#/.NET and React.

Expect 6+ years of software development experience, strong backend/API skills, and UI expertise with React/Angular/Vue.js, TypeScript, and AI-assisted tooling. You will work remotely with a local presence in India, attending the Noida office 5 consecutive days per month.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and SQL, backend/API development.
• Commercial experience with modern UI frameworks, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer tools.
• AI-empowered mindset, with proven experience optimizing enterprise-level solutions through AI-assisted engineering.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit, integration, and/or UI tests.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience working on distributed, cloud-based systems.
• Excellent debugging skills and strong root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of secure coding principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build, enhance, and scale core platform capabilities, backend features, and services using C#/.NET, following established architecture guidelines and best practices.
• Design and implement common APIs and high-availability, high-quality database systems.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency using modern tools and techniques.
• Develop responsive, accessible, high-performing user interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs, collaborate on API contract design, and maintain front-end quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Work independently, take accountability for time and quality commitments, and participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers across backend and front-end disciplines.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility and delivery estimates, and communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects or support major implementations.
• Stay current with developments in cloud, backend, front-end, and AI-assisted engineering, effectively using tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale cloud-based platform services and accessible web interfaces using C#/.NET and React.

The mandatory requirements are 6+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, experience with React or similar UI frameworks and TypeScript, AI-assisted engineering tools, API design, automated testing, cloud technologies, Docker, secure coding, and fluent English.

• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with observability platforms such as DataDog and structured logging.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• C++ language experience is a plus.
