Title: Full Stack Lead Engineer

Experience: 9 yrs to 13 yrs

Location: Bangaluru/Noida/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in full stack application development using .NET and React
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React ecosystems including Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, React Router, and reusable component development
• Good understanding of frontend-backend integration and API consumption patterns
• Experience working on modernization of legacy enterprise applications
• Knowledge of microservices and API-driven architecture principles
• Experience building responsive UI applications using React and UI frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap
• Exposure to frontend migration projects from legacy UI frameworks to React is a plus
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of authentication and security concepts such as JWT and OAuth
• Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments and Docker is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core and Web APIs
• Build modern, responsive, and reusable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Participate in modernization of legacy monolithic applications into API-first and microservices-based architecture
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core and React modernization
• Use agentic AI tools to improve productivity in coding, refactoring, testing, and code analysis
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and UX/UI teams in Agile delivery environments
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
