Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and SQL, with backend/API focus.
• Commercial experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration/UI).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain core platform capabilities and services using C#/.NET.
• Design and implement APIs and high-availability databases.
• Improve platform performance, security, and scalability across cloud-based systems.
• Develop responsive UIs with React and TypeScript in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
• Integrate front-end with REST/GraphQL APIs and ensure quality through testing and reviews.
• Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers across backend and front-end disciplines.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility and estimates; communicate with customers on defects and major implementations.

Full Stack Engineer $1000 USD Sign-on Bonus ID69805

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale cloud-based platform services and accessible web interfaces using C#/.NET and React.

The mandatory requirements are 6+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, experience with React or similar UI frameworks and TypeScript, AI-assisted engineering tools, API design, automated testing, cloud technologies, Docker, secure coding, and fluent English.

MUST HAVES

NICE TO HAVES

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as MUI Base, MUI Core, and Radix UI.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with observability platforms such as DataDog and structured logging.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• C++ language experience is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build, enhance, and scale core platform capabilities, backend features, and services using C#/.NET, following established architecture guidelines and best practices.
• Design and implement common APIs and high-availability, high-quality database systems.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency using modern tools and techniques, while proactively identifying improvements.
• Develop responsive, accessible, high-performing user interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver production-ready implementations.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs, collaborate on API contract design, and maintain front-end quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Work independently, take accountability for time and quality commitments, and participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers across backend and front-end disciplines.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility and delivery estimates, and communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects or support major implementations.
• Stay current with developments in cloud, backend, front-end, and AI-assisted engineering, effectively using tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and development velocity while applying sound engineering judgment and maintaining high standards.
