Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale cloud-based platform services and web interfaces using C#/.NET and React.

The role requires 6+ years of software development experience, strong backend and API skills, and modern UI experience with React/TypeScript. You will work remotely with occasional Noida office attendance, and enjoy learning opportunities and wellness support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and scale core platform capabilities and backend features using C#/.NET.
• Design and implement common APIs and high-availability databases.
• Optimize platform performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Integrate front-end with REST/GraphQL APIs; maintain front-end quality via testing and reviews.
• Work independently, manage time/quality commitments, participate in sprint planning and design discussions.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers across backend and frontend.
• Advise product owners on feasibility and estimates; communicate with customers on defects and major implementations.
• Stay current with cloud, backend, frontend, and AI-assisted engineering; use GitHub Copilot to boost productivity.

The mandatory requirements are 6+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, experience with React or similar UI frameworks and TypeScript, AI-assisted engineering tools, API design, automated testing, cloud technologies, Docker, secure coding, and fluent English.

• Work independently, take accountability for time and quality commitments, and participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers across backend and front-end disciplines.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility and delivery estimates, and communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects or support major implementations.
• Stay current with developments in cloud, backend, front-end, and AI-assisted engineering, effectively using tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and development velocity while applying sound engineering judgment and maintaining high standards.
