Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience, proficient in Perl, Java, and React. In this role, you\'ll work across both backend and frontend systems to build reliable, high-performing web applications. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from design to deployment.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Perl, Java, and React
• Build reusable, scalable code for both backend services and user interfaces
• Integrate APIs and data sources across multiple systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across backend and frontend layers
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system architecture decisions
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of professional experience in software development
• Solid programming experience with Perl and Java for backend services
• Proficiency with React.js for frontend development
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools
• Experience with test automation and modern DevOps practices
