Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications and microservices. The role emphasizes Python, React JS, and PostgreSQL with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party services.
• Develop scalable microservices and distributed application components.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Extensive experience building modern web applications using React JS.
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience developing scalable microservices-based applications.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and architecture patterns.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Strong understanding of secure coding standards and application security best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
