Job summary

Recrew AI is building an AI-powered marketplace for workforce housing. We seek an AI-native Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end features across the platform, including a Node.js backend and Next.js/React frontend, with AI agents and LLM integration.

You will contribute to scalable workflows for enterprise customers and housing providers. You will implement RESTful APIs, optimize MySQL schemas, and deploy serverless apps on AWS, while adopting best engineering practices and collaborating with

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Experience building applications with React and Next.js serving 50K+ users.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, including writing queries and understanding schema design.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development principles.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).

Position Overview

We're seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Developer to build and maintain features across our AI-powered marketplace platform. You'll work on a Node.js backend and Next.js/React frontend, integrating AI agents and LLM capabilities while shipping features that serve both enterprise customers and housing providers in our workforce housing ecosystem.
