Product Engineer (AI-Assisted, Full-Stack)

We are hiring a Product Engineer (AI-Assisted, Full-Stack) to build and ship features end-to-end using Node.js and React. This role is ideal for strong software engineers who use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate development—while still taking full ownership of writing clean, secure, and production-ready code.

This is not a machine learning or model training role. The focus is on building high-quality software products efficiently using modern AI-assisted workflows.

What You Will Do

• Develop end-to-end product features, full stack Web/Mobile (frontend, backend and database).
• Utilize the tools of AI development—scaffolding, code generation, refactoring, and test development—to deliver even quicker.
• Polish and adapt AI-generated or existing code for production use.
• Clean and maintainable code structure.
• Orchestration of multiple cloud, on-premise or edge services that require proper error handling and data validation.
• Security best practices.
• Performance optimizations.
• Removing unused or dead code.
• APIs, dashboards, and admin interfaces are required to be created and managed.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and basic end-to-end tests.
• Fix issues, help out with releases and keep features afloat after launch.
• Work with Product and QA to ensure stable releases on schedule.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications as a Full-Stack Engineer, with hands-on experience using AI-driven development (vibe coding) across the end-to-end platform lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS, etc).
• Strong experience with React (React.js or Next.js).
• PostgreSQL peripheral knowledge: schema, migrations, indexing &basic query optimization.
• Development of RESTful APIs, the Authentication flow, and the Role-Based-Access-Control (RBAC).
• Familiar with using AI coding tools on a daily basis and able to review, debug, and optimize its output.
• Able and willing to communicate and own a feature from concept to delivery.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with any of the following Fintech areas (will be a great plus) Forex trading platforms, broker CRMs, payments or KYC/AML systems.
• WebSockets or real-time systems experience.
• Experience with Redis caching and background job systems (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Kubernetes/EKS experience is a plus).
• Proven experience with testing using tools such as Jest, Playwright or Cypress.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Database: PostgreSQL (TimescaleDB where applicable).
