Job summary

You will design robust APIs, implement authentication with JWT/OAuth2, optimize PostgreSQL data models, and collaborate with product managers and designers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (Python) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern web applications using Python, Fast API, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for developing scalable frontend and backend solutions, designing robust APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Develop secure and efficient backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schemas.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Frontend:

• Next.js 15+ (App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR)
• React 18+ (hooks, component patterns)
• TypeScript
• API integration and data fetching (RESTful APIs, JSON)
• Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
• State management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit)

Backend:

• Python 3.10+ (async/await, type hints)
• Fast API (Pydantic models, dependency injection, API development)
• PostgreSQL and SQL proficiency
• ORM and migrations (SQL Alchemy async, Alembic)
